The course is primarily aimed at senior physicians who are taking on leadership responsibility as preparation for this new position and the new tasks. At the same time, the course is also suitable for experienced doctors who want to refresh their know-how in this regard and reflect on their leadership culture. The workshop builds upon the Basic leadership workshop.
Continuing education credits will be awarded for the workshop.
Workshop fees
The cost of the one-day workshop is CHF 670.
There is no reduction when registering for two or more workshops. Individual days must be booked.

Online workshops will be delivered in real time by the teaching faculty from the Royal College of Physicians and is designed to replicate the teaching experience from our popular face‐to‐face courses. Student numbers are limited to allow for an interactive learning environment.

Cancellation policy
The registration is binding. For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the workshop, a processing fee of CHF 50 is due. For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the workshop, the full workshop fee is due.
